The Company's property and equipment consists of a computer and related software. As of December 31, 2016, the net cost of property and equipment was $0 and $2,280, respectively. For each of the years ended December 31, 2016 and 2015, the Company recorded $2,280 and $4,654 in depreciation expense. |
