Patriot Glass Solutions, a Division of C-Bond Systems, Receives $95,000 Purchase Order for the Installation of Bird Strike Film
This Specialized Safety Film Offered by Patriot Glass Solutions Helps Prevent Injury/Death to Birds and Possible Damage to Property
HOUSTON, Nov. 10, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- C-Bond Systems (the “Company” or “C-Bond”) (OTC: CBNT), a nanotechnology solutions company, today announced its Patriot Glass Solutions division has received a $95,000 purchase order to install bird strike film at a Texas community college. Patriot Glass expects to commence installation for the project, which is an extension of its safety and security film offerings, this month.
Bird strike film, which is also known as fritted window film, is specifically designed safety film with line or dot patterns (which are barely visible to the human eye) to allow birds to see reflective windows that otherwise appear invisible, thereby preventing injury or death for the birds as well as possible damage to property.
Michael Wanke, President of Patriot Glass Solutions, stated, “Bird strike film is yet another example of the broad variety of specialty window films we offer to customers. Many people don’t realize the importance of bird strike films in saving potentially hundreds of millions of birds, which are an important part of our ecosystem, each year from mistakenly flying into buildings. This is an extremely common problem that is greatly helped by the installation of bird strike film.”
Patriot Glass Solutions protects personal, commercial and government property from looting, rioting, break-ins, and gunfire. Its leading products are C-Bond BRS, a ballistic-resistant film system, and C-Bond Secure, a multi-purpose glass strengthening primer and window film mounting solution that deters forced entry, as well as other types of specialized window film including solar or “green” film, anti-eavesdropping film, graffiti control film, bird strike film, decorative film, and more.
