NOTE 15 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
Note Payable - Related Party
On May 2, 2022, the Company entered into a Promissory Note (the “May 2022 Note”) in the principal amount of $250,000 with the Company’s chief executive officer. The May 2022 Note was funded in May 2022 and the Company received net proceeds of $250,000. The May 2022 Note bears interest at a rate of 6% per annum and all outstanding principal and accrued and unpaid interest is due on May 2, 2024. At any time, the Company may prepay all or any portion of the principal amount of the May 2022 Note and any accrued and unpaid interest without penalty. For the nine months ended September 30, 2023, interest expense – related party amounted to $6,049. In May 2023, the Company repaid $200,000 of the May 2022 Note. In August 2023, the Company repaid the remaining $50,000 of the May 2022 Note and repaid accrued interest of $15,690. On September 30, 2023, principal amount due and accrued interest payable - related party amounted to $0 and $386, respectively. On December 31, 2022, principal amount due and accrued interest payable - related party amounted to $250,000 and $10,027, respectively. |
